We are a collective of coaches and therapists deeply committed to supporting the health and thriving of business leaders. Pilea takes an integrative approach to coaching – equally considering physical, mental, emotional, relational, and business health as vital to fulfilling and successful lives. Pilea offers individual coaching, co-founder and team coaching, leadership training, assessments, workshops, portfolio coaching and company-wide coaching. The Pilea CORE Method, developed to provide comprehensive company-wide support, utilizes assessment, consulting and system-wide coaching to help foster a healthy company culture that allows your teams to thrive.
