Yesterday, we had the opportunity to attend ANEW's Diversity & Inclusion Summit, held at Renton Technical College and it was an enlightening and impactful experience. The summit provided valuable insights into advancing equity and inclusion in the construction industry. We engaged in meaningful discussions about breaking down barriers, creating opportunities, and fostering belonging on job sites and beyond. Urban Green Villa was a mixed-use, 12-story tower in Seattle stands as a testament to our thoughtful and strategic execution. The project features four levels of below-grade parking, including 112 stalls, multiple electric charging stations, and a 4,000 sq. ft. bike storage facility, promoting sustainability and accessibility. Above grade, the tower offers 116 modern apartment units, retail spaces, and open-air amenity areas on the mid and rooftop levels, providing breathtaking views and enhancing the urban vitality of the city. Delivering this project required careful planning and logistics due to an extremely active site and challenging soil conditions. Today we are going down memory lane! JTM Construction proudly transformed nearly four acres of event parking into Stadium Place, a mixed-use development in Seattle's South Downtown! Adjacent to historic Pioneer Square, this project spans two city blocks and includes a garage podium with 390 stalls and two residential towers (10-story NOLO and 25-story WAVE) offering over 500 units.
