It was a true pleasure to attend and support The Backyard at Hudson Yards event last week with David Torres Jr. (Chef Oso) of Goliath Cocina, hosted by Related Companies. This celebration of Oktoberfest and the soft opening of The Vessel was nothing short of memorable. The food was simply outstanding—each dish packed with flavor! Guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was, with many expressing that they had waited a whole year to experience David’s culinary brilliance again. Hats off to the talented team at Goliath Cocina for delivering a 5-star experience that everyone is still raving about. I’m already excited for what’s next!
