K1N is a DJ and producer from Worcester, Massachusetts. Drawing on the sonic elements of old-school electronic music, K1N’s sound pays homage to the energetic spirit of a bygone era of resurfacing 90s-era artwork and music, while implanting aspects of today’s electronic world within. Using coarse, expressive aesthetics and blending them with the iconic, nostalgic sounds of 303s, breakbeats, and synths, K1N gives listeners a reason to wonder what the past can help resurface for the future of electronic music. With a new refined approach, K1N’s aim is to break the mold of what modern electronic music is and will be moving forward. Utilizing over a decade of production experience and a vast repertoire of sonic experimentations, K1N leads the charge in bringing what people once thought obsolete back into the forefront of electronic music for all to savor and appreciate for time to come.
