I’m excited to present k8sgpt.ai at Warner Bros. Discovery next month, where we’ll explore how GenAI is already being adopted to enhance Kubernetes cluster triage. While we’re still in the early stages of this transformative journey, we’re already seeing significant progress in the way organizations are leveraging these technologies.

I am closing in on one year at AWS (Amazon) and feeling suitably nostalgic, which presents an opportunity to reflect on the three things that have had an outsized influence on helping me grow and be successful. ⭐ Leaders care. An enormous amount of planning, discussion, and thoughtful conversations go on behind the scenes of day-to-day life at AWS. Leaders wake up thinking about how they can connect you to the details, help you grow, and give you the right opportunities to succeed. ⭐ A community of engineers. The Principal Engineering community at Amazon is well-known in the wider industry. From Principal Engineers to Distinguished Vice Presidents of popular programming languages, everyone contributes to discussions, operational excellence, and solving ultra-large-scale technological challenges. This community is a metaphorical anchor, underpinning Amazon's engineering prowess. ⭐ Leadership principles. These are unequivocally the superpower behind the culture and rapid innovation at Amazon. This set of characteristics, behaviors, and axioms are cultivated in every Amazonian and have been the driving force behind the company's success. Whilst this is not an exhaustive list, they are top of my mind. Who knows what I'll have accumulated to add next year. As we say, it's always day one... 🙂
