Hello, everyone. This is Brian Snyder with an exciting update about Kaboomracks, Inc. I’m thrilled to officially announce the successful completion of our merger with A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp.  (OTC: CGAC). This marks a pivotal moment for Kaboomracks as we join forces with A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp. to unlock new opportunities for growth, innovation, and service excellence. https://lnkd.in/gtNNxeq8 As part of this transition, I stepped down from my role as CEO of Kaboomracks several months ago and assumed the role of Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSIO) at A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp. This new position enables a sharper focus on strategic growth, emerging technologies, and innovation to better serve our customers and expand our capabilities. Kaboomracks will continue to operate as a subsidiary of A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp., maintaining the same commitment to exceptional service for our customers, vendors, and marketplace partners. This merger brings significant enhancements in resources, expertise, and infrastructure, empowering us to scale our operations and continue excelling in providing top-tier services, including hosting, equipment sales, and broader solutions in digital energy. I’d also like to recognize the leadership that guided us through this transition. Greg Bachrach, who served as interim CEO of Kaboomracks during this period, is now the CEO of A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp. as well as Logan Rice, former CEO of A.R.T., has taken on the role of CFO. Their vision and leadership have been instrumental, and I’m excited to collaborate with them in this next chapter. This merger represents a significant pivot toward digital energy, combining the strengths of Kaboomracks’ established marketplace expertise in site acquisition, engineering, and hosting, with A.R.T. Digital Holding Corp.’s existing fleet of miners and public exposure. Customers can rest assured that Kaboomracks will continue delivering the high level of service and support you’ve come to expect, while also benefiting from the expanded capabilities and resources this partnership brings. The entire Kaboomracks team, including Nick Foster, Robert Van Kirk, Alex Dischinger and many others, is energized by this transition.
