Festive Family Friday is THIS FRIDAY! Ticket sales for the add-on Cupcakes & Cocoa with Santa during Festive Family Friday will end at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT! With the add-on, you get a special craft, cupcake, cocoa, and a photo with Santa by a professional photographer who will email you the photo after the event. Tickets online for Festive Family Friday are $7 per person. To add on Cupcakes & Cocoa with Santa in the Digital Dome is an additional $15 per person. (Act fast! Kaleideum was thrilled to be presented with a Downtown Winston-Salem Excellence Award by Mayor Allen Joines this morning.

Tonight is Kaleideum's Exceptional Night at the Museum: Halloween Spooktacular! From 5:30-8:30 pm, families can trick-or-treat around the museum, dig into spooky sensory bins, create paper pumpkins, and play Halloween games. Children and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities — along with their families and caregivers — can enjoy inclusive and adaptive programming in a less crowded museum environment. Kaleideum CEO Elizabeth Dampier presented Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC CEO Eric Aft with a $10,000 check to go toward Second Harvest Food Bank’s hurricane relief and response efforts in Western North Carolina. The money was raised from guests playing “Games of Chance” last Friday night at Kaleideum’s Kaleidoscope Ball. Thank you to all who participated and raised money to go toward assistance for these hurricane devastated areas. #westernnc #hurricanehelene #hurricanerelief
