We are looking for folks to teach the following grades/days: Pre-K Thursdays 3:45-5:15pm (very basic Hebrew letters, holidays, stories, art) Kindergarten - Thursdays 3:45pm - 5:45pm (Hebrew letters, holidays, Torah heroes, values, with lots of stories, art and more) Grade 1 - Tuesdays 3:45pm - 5:45pm (Hebrew reading, synagogue, customs, holidays) Grade 2 - Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 3:45pm - 5:45pm (Hebrew reading, vocabulary, holidays, Israel people, places and culture (in all its diversity including Arab Muslims & Christians, Druze and Bahai plus a range of Jewish practices) Grade 6 - Mondays & Wednesdays 4-6pm Hebrew conversation and reading comprehension; Jewish culture, history and politics in the United States and Israel 1880-present. Grade 7 - Thursdays 4:30pm - 6:30pm - Jewish visionaries through the ages and contemporary and their values; Holocaust units; ethics.
