    Karibu.AI | Founder & CEO

🖤 Why I Love Being a Founder 🖤 Yesterday, our team did something simple: We watched a customer use Karibu.AI. The CEO and Chief of Staff walked through a learning journey designed for their sales team. They used our product as their field team would—on mobile, in real-world conditions. Our job was straightforward: 1. Observe. 2. Ask clarifying questions about expectations or experience. 3. Say nothing else. (No justifications or explanations) For weeks, we have been working nonstop, including over Thanksgiving, to deliver updates for this release. But today, I asked the entire team to pause coding. Instead, every team member is analyzing what we observed so they’re equipped with the knowledge they need to prioritize their work based on what truly matters to our customers. This is why I love being a founder: We design how we work, how we collaborate, and the culture we create. For me, it’s about empowering the team and staying relentlessly focused on learning from the people who depend on what we build. Thank you: Vinay Kanchanapally, Susmita Kundu, Nomula Sai Madhav, Sreeja Pagireddy, Shanal Divyansh, Hector Corral, Beth Moore

    Karibu.AI | Founder & CEO

On my Sunday morning run through San Francisco, I came across a piece of graffiti that caught my attention: a robot with the words “Save the Humans.” It felt like a subtle critique of how AI is often positioned—as a replacement for human effort, rather than a tool to elevate it. This is a critical moment in the evolution of AI. Its potential to augment human capability is unparalleled, but only if we build it with the right intentions. At Karibu.AI, we believe AI should serve as a catalyst for human productivity, alignment, and growth—not as another layer of complexity. Here’s how we’re approaching this challenge: • Tailored Learning Journeys: By synthesizing organizational processes and culture, our AI creates dynamic, actionable paths that empower employees from day one. • Customizable AI Guides: Interactive, multilingual agents tailored to reflect an organization’s identity and values, making AI approachable and aligned. • Operational Alignment: Streamlined workflows and actionable insights ensure employees can focus on contributing meaningfully without unnecessary barriers. Our goal is to redefine how AI integrates into the workforce—not as a substitute, but as a partner in achieving operational excellence and human potential. #KaribuAI #SaveTheHumans #AI #WorkforceInnovation

This partnership is all about thoughtful growth, and we couldn’t be prouder to support their mission of making live music more accessible. A huge shoutout to Hector Corral, Founder of Hedlyner, and Beth Moore, Chief of Staff, for their trust, collaboration, and shared vision throughout this journey. And a big thanks to Vinay Kanchanapally for leading the charge on our side with such precision and focus. This is a big step forward for both our teams, and we can’t wait to see the incredible impact we’ll create together!

  • A TikTok video shared by a colleague gives light to the challenges we are addressing: New hires often receive minimal guidance, leading to productivity gaps and engagement challenges. Gen Z is reshaping workplace expectations.  Curious about how we're adapting onboarding for this digitally native generation? Join the Karibu.AI waitlist to discuss the future of talent integration. ~~~~~~Transcript~~~~~~ "It is actually quite shocking how corporate jobs don't train you...like at all. I have a few friends that have corporate jobs and they have been working there for months and nobody is training them. Nobody is telling them what to do, so they are not doing much... You are paying this person a crazy amount of money and you are not telling them how to do their job so that they can do their job? ...I feel like this is a lot more common than you think."
