Debbie Getchell is retiring today after an extraordinary 41-year career in banking, including 13 years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Kennebec Savings Bank. Debbie has left an indelible mark on the Bank and the communities we serve.   Joining KSB in 2011, Debbie's expertise and leadership have been instrumental in our growth, guiding us from $795 million in assets to the strong institution we are today. Her commitment to excellence and mentorship has set a high standard for all who follow.   President & CEO Andrew Silsby shared, "Debbie's impact on the Bank’s trajectory cannot be overstated. Her financial acumen and dedication have been invaluable.
