Kennedy Wilson has secured several new tenants at 20 Kildare Street in Dublin, Ireland, bringing the office property to full occupancy. Carr Properties and Barings have obtained an $84 million construction loan from Kennedy Wilson to develop a 344-unit residential project at 425 Montgomery Street in Alexandria, Virginia. The site, acquired for approximately $15 million last year, previously housed an empty office building. Cushman & Wakefield advised the JV on the financing.
