Core Beliefs We Build It Better We understand that innovative design must always lead to a functional product that improves lives and makes mobility easier. From agility and maneuverability to structural integrity, strength and durability. We don’t just make wheelchairs, we make wheelchairs better. Relationships are Not One-Dimensional People are connected to people who are connected to other people—and the better we understand the full support systems that our end users rely on, the better we are able to serve our customers. We value our relationships and conversations with everyone who interacts with our products, from product designers and engineers to clinicians, complex rehab technology professionals and end users. It's a Trust Thing At Ki Mobility, service is part of the product. We understand that a great product experience—for customers and the people we serve—lasts a lifetime, from product specification, fitting and adjusting to training and maintenance. Finding the Right Fit What makes a wheelchair extraordinary is how well it fits the needs and ambitions of the person using it. Our service and product lines ensure that each individual story matters. Remain within Reach We feel it is important that both our people and our products remain accessible and available to you. We strive to create a unique place in the market: offering you more than just best-in-class products. We are here to support you. Got to love a superhero inspired color theme! Have your clients had any requests like this Spider-Man themed Rogue XP?
We frequently recommend the Ki Mobility Rogue2 to our users for its ideal balance of performance and functionality. The Rogue XP is also popular with our younger users due to its high level of adjustability and built-in growth features. A key benefit of these frames is the endless colour combinations that allow users to create a wheelchair that reflects their style. As you can see in this photo, Lenny has chosen a Spider-Man colour scheme! Interested in trying this wheelchair, learning more about its design, or asking me user-led questions? Join AYL and Etac Group at Rise4Disability on February 13th 2025, at the Beacon of Light Sunderland! To register for your free tickets, simply click the link below. Education is a fundamental aspect of the International Seating Symposium (ISS) and we are delighted to be presenting Pediatric Wheelchair Cushions and Backs – Matching Technology and Needs (IC33) at the event on Friday, March 21, 2025. Presented by Curt Prewitt, the seminar takes place from 3:45pm to 4:45pm and explores ‘off-the-shelf’ pediatric seating options and their appropriateness for the pediatric client (who are not simply ‘smaller adults’). Focusing on research into what is important for pediatric clients in terms of providing postural support, addressing postural asymmetries, maintaining tissue integrity, and facilitating function, alongside other considerations. The presentation will explore the types of primary support available and seek to inform clinical practice through consideration of technological application. Take a look at the ISS schedule here: https://lnkd.in/gWJFq2Dp If you can’t make ISS but you would still like to learn about pediatric seating, reserve your space on our Ki Education seminar on April 10, 2025. Over 795,000 people in the US suffer a CVA annually, with stroke reducing mobility in more than half of those aged over 65. Research shows us that tilt-in-space wheelchairs are beneficial to these patients. However, these types of wheelchair can often be difficult to source through Medicare and many survivors instead receive an upright, manual wheelchair. Join us for Tilting the Odds: Manual Tilt to Improve Rehabilitation Outcomes as we explore the research that supports the use of tilt, including: ✅ How changes in seat angle affect posture and pressure distribution. ✅Seat height and angle characteristics that impact self-propulsion. ✅ The relationship between independent mobility and the incidence of pressure ulcers. ✅ How changes in the seat angle can influence activities of daily living. Participants will be educated on the clinical justification and documentation requirements for the reimbursement through the E1161 Medicare code. 🗓️ Thursday, February 13th, 2025 | 12:00 P.M. (CST) 🗞️ CEU’s offered: 1 CEU 👤 Course Audience: Dealers, ATPs, Clinicians (OT, PT, COTA, PTA) 📈 Course Level: Intermediuate 🕑 Course Length: 1 hour Register today: https://bit.ly/3Q30J2U #ki #kimobility #kieducationprogram #continuingeducation #ceu #oteducation #clinicaleducation #wheelchair #tiltinspace #ATPeducation #education
