The future is bright with the success of Seymour in Carol's capable hands!

We would like to take a moment to celebrate our Nationalease history and growth! 🌳In 1944, 17 different truck leasing affiliates came together to form the united team that would become our Nationalease family. 🎉 Celebrating Terry Bashore and his 40 Years of Dedication! 🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated a huge milestone—Terry Bashore has been a part of our team for 40 incredible years! Not only is he a master at fixing equipment, but he's also famous for his impromptu singing! While some might question if it can be called singing, according to his wife, Milan, she says it's improved over the years! 🎶 With 2 kids, 3 grandkids, and a heart of gold, Terry is always there to lend a hand, share his expertise, or brighten up the shop with his songs. As Deb Prater, our vice president of HR said, he's been a great member of the team, always ready to assist with any problem or questions. 🌟 Funnily enough, according to the shop manager, Matt, who spoke to his wife yesterday, he found out that originally Terry wasn't sold on the idea of being a technician! When he first started and came home from his first day on the job, his wife Milan asked how his first day was? Terry replied, “It was ok, but not sure if it will be a career.” We're so blessed he decided to make it his career after all! Here's to many more years of success, laughter, and maybe some more singing! Thank you, Terry, for your unwavering dedication. 💪👏

🎉 We’re thrilled to share that our company participated in the 9th Annual Career Exploration Academy held on October 3rd and 4th, 2024, at the vibrant Shelby County Fairgrounds! This incredible event, organized by the Workforce Partnership of Shelby County and proudly sponsored by the Shelby County United Way, brought together around 950 enthusiastic students from grades 8 to 12! 🌟 Students from every Shelby County school district, alongside those from Riverside, gathered to explore their career possibilities and connect with industry professionals. It was an unforgettable experience filled with learning and excitement that we're proud to have been part of! 🚀

🚚Shop Spotlight: Lincoln, Alabama🚚 This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our incredible Alabama shop, where the work is top-notch, and the joy is endless! 😁 Under the leadership of Skip Womack, who recently placed 3rd in Manager of the Year (no small feat, might I add!), this team is known for their unmatched expertise and customer service. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, they keep trucks running smoothly and get drivers back on the road in no time.🛠 Oh, and did I mention Skip is fun to work with? With his sharp sense of humor, he keeps the team’s spirits high while making sure everything’s running like a well-oiled machine. Our customer’s love this awesome team! 🙌 It’s an absolute pleasure to work with this amazing group of phenomenal technicians and fantastic people.
