11th Week at KnowSpace: Out of Content, Out of Plans, But NOT Out Yet! This week was a rollercoaster at KnowSpace. Let’s be honest—things didn’t go as planned, but we’re still holding on and moving forward. Here’s a quick recap: No Waitlist Joins from Monday to Thursday Yes, you heard it right. Not a single sign-up during those days! As a result, our MongoDB cluster was paused. Please, keep spreading the word and encouraging friends to join the waitlist—it makes our journey a bit smoother. Prototype Video? Not Yet! We asked for 100 likes on one of our videos to share the prototype, but it looks like Instagram isn’t loving us back. (Or maybe it’s just a situationship?) No worries, it’s 21st-century love, and we know how to move on! Interns Surprised Us! Unexpectedly, our new interns have been killing it. Their fresh ideas and energy have brought in some crazy new perspectives. While the learning process is slow, their efforts are starting to shine through. Our Learnings This Week: Consistency Over Perfection: Being out of content is temporary, but showing up matters. Stay Adaptable: If the original plan isn’t working, make a new one. Patience Pays Off: Building something great takes time; we’re growing even through the slow days. Celebrate Small Wins: Our interns are a win this week—cheers to them! Learnings from This Week Proactive Security Saves the Day Early last week, we noticed unusual activity on our website. Someone attempted to hack into our system or download our packages. Fortunately, our precautionary measures, including robust firewalls and monitoring systems, kept us safe. This incident reminded us of two key lessons: Always invest in preventive security measures. Monitor your platform regularly to catch suspicious activity early. Takeaway: If you’re building something valuable, protect it like it is. Criticism Is Part of Growth With our growth, we’ve seen a rise in criticism. Some of it constructive, some unwarranted. The key is knowing what to absorb and what to ignore. Their health is our top priority, so we’ve decided to bring in a video editing and content writing intern for added support. Platform Testing & Improvements During internal tests, we identified and fixed some issues, including speed-related concerns that were affecting the user experience.
