    Exciting news! Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) has officially launched Account-Based Ticketing, powered by Masabi! The new system is designed to make fare payments simpler and more affordable for everyone in Knoxville. 🚌 This major upgrade is available to riders through the Transit app and the katpay smartcard, and is designed to provide riders with a seamless, cost-effective, and hassle-free transit experience, emphasizing KAT’s continued focus on convenience and affordability. This new technology ensures the “Lowest Fare, Guaranteed” thanks to fare capping, making public transit in Knoxville more accessible and convenient for all. KAT is now part of the growing list of cities adopting Account-Based Ticketing to enhance their public transit experience! Check out more details in the comments below 👉
