Anyone who’s visited our global headquarters in Kohler, Wisconsin, has experienced its unique charm—from quaint homes to picturesque gardens to historic buildings. And at the center of it all stands the distinguished Main Office, celebrating it’s 100th anniversary this year. The red brick Main Office opened in 1925 after a yearlong construction and has welcomed thousands of Kohler associates over the past century. It is home to the iconic clocktower, manufactured by the historic Seth Thomas Clock Company, and the accompanying 2,000-pound bronze bell which strikes the hour, sounding the time for the past several generations. Inside, hand-painted murals by artist Arthur Covey adorn the walls of the lobby. Installed in 1925, these one-of-a-kind pieces have been meticulously restored to their near-original splendor. The Main Office has stood the test of time and continues to serve as a centerpiece to the Village of Kohler, the Kohler Co. Wisconsin campus, and our global company headquarters. 💫 🕰️

Basketball. 🏀 Dessert wars. 🍰 LEGOs. 🧱 And loads of leadership potential. 💪 Our Early Career Leadership Development Program cohort celebrated the completion of their first business rotation at their semiannual seminar—three days of networking, teambuilding, community service, and experiential learning. The action-packed week featured sessions on effective communication and leadership, a fireside chat with executive sponsors Ginger King and Paul Ryan, a Milwaukee Bucks Inc. game, a friendly dessert bake-off, and volunteering at a local food bank. To round out the seminar, LDP program managers Jake Frye, Travis Greenlee, Erin Jaeger, and Daniel Eaton, CPSM shared their best advice for embracing opportunities and driving career growth. Kohler Co.'s Leadership Development Programs are two-year rotational programs during which recent graduates in finance, operations & supply chain, digital, and engineering fields spend time within Kohler’s various business units, gaining real-world experience and building leadership skills. ✨ Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, “What are you doing for others?”   A powerful quote from Martin Luther King Jr.—and the focus of YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee’s annual MLK Day celebration, recognizing the work of local non-profits dedicated to serving others.   We were honored to attend this year’s event, with our very own Christopher Pierce-Dressler hosting the kick-off breakfast. We were also proud to sponsor the 2025 Social Responsibility Award, which Laura Kohler presented to Courage MKE—Wisconsin’s first licensed group home for displaced LGBTQ+ youth. In 2024, Courage MKE opened apartments for young adults aging out of foster care or facing housing insecurity, and continued to provide advocacy, guidance, and resources for youth across the city.   In the spirit of service, Kohler volunteers also spent time at the Penfield Children's Center in Milwaukee, helping with organizing and maintenance. The center provides early education, health, and family programming for infants and children, many of whom have developmental delays or disabilities.   This MLK Day, and always, we believe in the power of people and organizations uniting to build a more equitable community. ❤️   #MLKDay #AltogetherKohler
