Francis Kehinde will lead KWILL’s distribution and fulfillment center optimization practice, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs in warehouse environments >20,000 SF. Francis has 20 years of experience managing high through-put centers for FedEx, Home Depot, and Neuco and brings a rare strategic capability to KWILL's real estate and consulting groups. He will lead their focus on the I-55 Corridor, having spent 10 years working for some of the area's most active shippers. Andy Enkhzul joins KWILL RE to support its multi-family investment sales group and execute on the firm’s South Branch strategy. Andy is listing vintage and new construction portfolios totaling nearly 300 units in Bronzeville and Kenwood, just south of downtown Chicago, and investment properties on the City’s northwest side.
