As the year comes to a close, I want to extend my sincerest thanks to all the amazing clients, friends, and colleagues who have made the last 12 months a first year to remember for L H Fire Ltd. 🎄✨ We've had the privilege to work on some incredible projects and have been trusted by so many new clients. Your support and trust have been the cornerstone of our success, and we look forward to continuing this journey together. I also want to express my gratitude to all the other fire engineering companies, suppliers, and specialists I've had the pleasure of working with. Our productive discussions and debates have been a source of inspiration. The passion and dedication to fire safety that I have witnessed over the past year have truly been remarkable. Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season filled with joy, and a prosperous New Year to you all. 🎅🎁

Whilst out on site inspections this week Fire Foam and Fire Door Foam seemed to be the order of service! Although there are products available and detailed in test data as acceptable for use there still remains in my mind the suitability of these products. Photo 1 below shows the frame 5mins before arch's being installed and photo 2 shows the light visible from the opposite side when checked with a cheap low powered torch 🔦 from the Esso (other fuel stations are available). Now I know that this is down to poor installation not necessarily the product, but the way these products work lends itself to air pockets and gaps especially when time is of the essence on site. Personally, mineral fibre wool and 10mm of suitable FR mastic is a safer and more robust option but installers must realise they have a duty to manage their own work quality and are part of the circle of responsibility. "I just do what I'm told mate" is not acceptable in the current and future climate.

It continues to be a pleasure working alongside Innovaré Offsite Limited on several developments. Their commitment to supporting the fire safety industry is impressive 👏 and the new test data speaks for itself! Well done to all involved.
