As the year comes to an end I'd like to share some gratitude from my experience with La Casa Norte's Next Generation Board. Last December, Lily Scannell and I started as co-chairs and governed the board with the support of committee chairs Jennifer Morales, Thomas Giltrow, CRCM, and Alejandro V.. Thank you, Perla Santoyo & Vanessa Hall, for your guidance and empowerment to lean into leadership with authenticity. Looking forward to the next year!
