International Women’s Day is round the corner – and I am excited! 💜 On Thursday 6 March, I’ll be speaking at the first International Women’s Day event in Birmingham hosted by Ladies of Law®️⚖️ and OneSearch│Part of Landmark Information Group - and I can't wait to be part of the conversation. The International Women's Day 2025 theme, #AccelerateAction, is a powerful reminder that progress on gender equality doesn’t just happen—we have to drive it forward. As an employment lawyer, I see both the strides businesses are making towards inclusion and the challenges that still remain. Action matters—whether it’s tackling the gender pay gap, ensuring fair treatment at work, or creating real opportunities for women to progress.
