What you see below is pure gold for our higher education client. At first glance you might think this is a simple word tag cloud. It isn't. It's the answer to how to address, market to, and communicate with their prospective international students from a specific country inquiring about a specific Master degree program at one of their branch campuses. These two tag clouds cover the top 10 keywords expressed per 1000 inquiries via any of our channels (email, phone, messenger, SMS, etc) from prospective students. We represent this client from first inquiry to enrollment. We generate these tags on contact level meaning for EACH inquiry 24hrs/7days a week For illustration purposes we have split the below by female / male student inquires. They all have the same nationality. What does this tell us, or more importantly what's the value for our client a US higher education institution?
