Time got away from us in the midst of all the Farmsgiving fun, but here's how the rest of the week went! On Thursday, we gifted staff with an exclusive Lambs Farm shirt and a turkey to enjoy during their celebrations. On Friday, we came together to honor staff members celebrating 5, 10, 15, and 25 years of service. After the recognition, everyone received Lambs Farm hats and koozies, and Associate Director of Operations, Stephanie, led a fun line dancing session. We also announced the winners of Trivia Tuesday! All five staff members who earned a perfect score won a $100 gift card. Supervisor of Community Employment Leslie took home the prize for the Guess How Many Candy Corn game, winning a Grand Chocolate Lover’s Basket from the Sugar Maple Country Store & Bakery. And finally, today everyone received a gift to do some online shopping, delivered in a beautiful watercolor card made by participant artist Libby. We take pride in celebrating our amazing team throughout the year, but the week of Farmsgiving is always a highlight. Thanks for following along with us!

We had Trivia Tuesday yesterday, and the Farmsgiving festivities are in full swing with the magic of Wonka Wednesday! This morning, Willy Wonka, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, and two Oompa Loompas made a surprise visit to hand out Lambs Farm chocolate bars to staff. But the fun didn't stop there! One lucky person will uncover the golden ticket hidden inside their bar and win an awesome prize!

It's Staff Appreciation Week, also known as Farmsgiving, and we kicked things off with Make It Monday! Yesterday, every staff member received a beautiful pour painting created by the talented artists at LF Studios. The excitement is building as we look forward to more surprises throughout the week!

We are so grateful to our friends at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science for helping us deck the hells for tonight's sold out Hannah’s Hallmark Bingo event and our upcoming Breakfast with Santa festivities! Thanks to their generosity, our guests, staff, and participants will enjoy a magical atmosphere throughout the holiday season.

Just like a bow on a holiday gift, Destany is helping us put the finishing touch on Disability Employment Awareness Month! After Destany came to Lambs Farm in 2019, she began working at the Sugar Maple Country Store & Bakery. In her role, she has proudly learned to complete recipes from start to finish, decorate cookies, and carefully package products. As we enter our busy catalog season, Destany’s contributions as an essential member of the production team shine even brighter, and we love watching her master new skills! When she's not mixing ingredients, Destany works at her community job at Sedgebrook, where she helps with cleaning the building, recycling, and other janitorial tasks. Balancing these responsibilities provides her with independence and the opportunity to learn and grow. Destany is a reliable employee, coworker, and friend. She tackles new challenges with confidence and always keeps a positive outlook. Even with her busy schedule, she finds plenty of time to pursue her passions for dancing and performing, showcasing her vibrant spirit and dedication to what she loves. Keep up the great work, Destany!

AbbVie truly shines as a supporter of Lambs Farm! What a wonderfully productive and fun day we shared, filled with festive energy from the moment they arrived. The team tackled fall landscaping, made hay bags for our Farmyard friends, and adorned our mini golf area’s animal structures in anticipation of this weekend's Trick or Treat on the Farm event. They even took on the role of Santa's elves, labeling boxes for our holiday catalog products! We cannot thank them enough!
