Get to know our new team members below. 👏🏻 Mike Puckett, Project Manager, brings 22 years of construction experience across the east coast to Landmark, including extensive restaurant and commercial projects. 👏🏻 Mark Leuver joins our team as a Project Manager, combining his background as a Navy Seabee and extensive experience in senior living construction to strengthen our capabilities. 👏🏻 Alexis Metro is Landmark's Marketing Assistant where her background in communications, public relations, and graphic design will enhance our marketing initiatives. 👏🏻 Mason Dowling joins our team in the field, drawing on his expertise in architecture technology and sustainable design to help set our projects up for success. 👏🏻 Nicole Betzer, Senior Project Manager, joins the team with over 15 years of experience specializing in healthcare and higher education construction. 👏🏻 Andrew Childers joins our Special Projects Group as a Project Manager where he will utilize his experience in commercial upfits and renovations. 👏🏻 Marco Nardi is an Assistant Superintendent, bringing his background in multi-family construction and construction management degree from ECU, to our new construction team.

Congratulations to the Northwestern Mutual team on the ribbon cutting of their new office space! We recently transformed the 4th floor of a 25-year-old office building in the heart of downtown Greensboro for the financial services company. 🏗️ Progress Update: Taylor Glen 🏗️ Momentum continues at Taylor Glen in Concord, NC, where we are expanding the Life Plan Community with SFCS Architects. Our team is reaching milestones on the independent living villa, innovative Green House memory care facility, independent living cottages, and amenity renovations. This morning, Phoenix Framing's Component Plant provided an opportunity for our team to build confidence in their framing knowledge. Learning directly from designers about wood framing optimization and touring the production floor where wall panels, floor trusses, and cassettes come to life made for an invaluable learning opportunity. #WeBuildConfidence

This morning, we gathered with our friends at The Salvation Army of Greensboro to celebrate a year of impactful partnership. Throughout 2024, our employees in the Triad engaged in volunteer initiatives and donation drives that supported the organization's mission of serving our neighbors in Guilford and Chatham Counties. The Salvation Army's commitment to creating positive change resonates with our dedication to building confidence in the community. 🏗️ Project Completion 🏗️ We're excited to share the completion of our transformative renovation project at Christ Lutheran Church. Working closely with the congregation and church leadership, our team executed a multi-phased renovation encompassing the fellowship hall, kitchen, and administrative wing. The revitalized spaces create a welcoming environment for gatherings, ministry activities, and administrative functions. #WeBuildConfidence

Congratulations to our repeat partner, Avgol America, on the completion of their expansion and continued investment in their community.

We were honored to join the Community Clinic of High Point (CCHP) in celebration of the future with the dedication of their new facility and unveiling of expanded services.
