This morning, Phoenix Framing's Component Plant provided an opportunity for our team to build confidence in their framing knowledge. Learning directly from designers about wood framing optimization and touring the production floor where wall panels, floor trusses, and cassettes come to life made for an invaluable learning opportunity. #WeBuildConfidence

At Landmark Builders, our team of John Doggett, Avery Hale CCHM, and David Moss recently brought Preconstruction insights directly to ECU's undergraduate students. By sharing industry expertise, we're not just building structures—we're constructing career pathways for future construction professionals. #WeBuildConfidence
Just wrapped up an incredible session at ECU College of Engineering and Technology! Along with my teammates Avery Hale CCHM and David Moss, I delivered an engaging lecture introducing undergraduate students to Preconstruction fundamentals. The class had around 80 students in attendance, both in person and virtually. Our presentation dove deep into the critical role of a Preconstruction Manager, exploring the journey from initial client consultation to project execution. We shared insights into the skills, collaborative process, and strategic thinking needed to transform architectural concepts into tangible realities. After this first session, we have been potentially invited back for an additional Scheduling training class lecture- a testament to the power of knowledge sharing and industry-academic collaboration.
