What an incredible Labor Day Weekend celebration at LYC! Our four-day Palm Royale-themed weekend was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team. A favorite for both our members and staff was the 2nd Annual Eat to the Beat "Food Truck" Showdown. This event gave our talented chefs the perfect platform to showcase their skills and creativity. From concept development to prepping, decorating, cooking, and serving, each team brought their unique "pop-up" food truck vision to life. The energy was electric as our members savored delicious offerings from each truck and voted for their favorite. It was incredible to see our staff come together, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and passion to make this event and the entire weekend unforgettable. A huge congratulations to Chef Rick Ferguson and his team, "The Dancing Aloha," for winning the "Food Truck" Showdown! Their creativity, flavor, and execution truly stood out. Thank you to the LYC staff who made this weekend a massive success!
