🌟 Embark on Aishat Idris' Empowerment Journey with Girl Boss 🌟 Meet Aisha, a passionate Girl Boss Advisor (facilitator) with Health Aid for All Initiative (NGO) Nigeria, who embarked on a journey to empower young girls through the Girl Boss program. 🎓 With a degree in Microbiology from the Federal University of Technology Yola, Aisha joined HAFAI after completing her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. Since October 2023, she has been instrumental in imparting valuable knowledge and life skills to girls. 💬 Reflecting on her experience, Aisha highlights the girls' eagerness to learn and embrace new ideas as the driving force behind the program's success. She acknowledges the challenge of navigating through the comprehensive curriculum, especially when teaching in IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camps, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the teaching process. ✨ The impact of the Girl Boss program on the girls was profound. Aisha witnessed a significant boost in their confidence levels, transforming them into fearless young girls ready to pursue their dreams and embrace their inner Girl Bosses. 🌱 Not only did Aisha see positive changes in the girls, but she also experienced personal growth. The role helped her cultivate patience and adaptability while honing her entrepreneurial skills in catering and cake-making, drawing inspiration from the program's curriculum. 👩🎓 Among the many remarkable individuals Aisha has encountered, Girl Bosses Aisha and Zainab stood out, successfully launching their own businesses. The pride and joy of parents attending graduation ceremonies testified to the program's profound impact on their daughters. 🌍 Looking to the future, Aisha hopes that the Girl Boss Professional program will continue to ensure accessibility for all girls, regardless of their access to technology. 🌟 Aisha left a lasting impact, guiding and inspiring the girls she mentored, empowering them to realize their full potential and confidently navigate their futures. #GirlBoss #economicempowerment #HAFAINigeria #ImpactStory #facilitator #adolescentgirls #youthempowerment Dr. Ugochi Ohajuruka .
