𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬! This isn't your average day on the job. Imagine standing just 15 feet from the campus's oldest building while bringing down two 14-story towers simultaneously. Our #Nashville team turned a high-stakes demolition into a masterclass of safety, strategy, and skill—taking down four existing buildings to make way for a 660,000 SF residential complex. When most see obstacles, we see opportunities. Read all about this venture and the team who made it possible: https://bit.ly/3Tuzf8n

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: • 120-stall, 54,000 SF parking garage expansion • 3,000 SF powerhouse addition • 6,000 SF dietary renovation • Strategically designed for future adaptability Executing this project required meticulous planning, coordination, and precision to ensure zero disruption to the hospital's critical daily operations, positioning it to serve Northwest Florida for years to come.

We're honored to be highlighted in Mary Bridge Children's Hospital's 12 Days of Mary Bridge! 🎄 📅 This project means so much to us, and we're thankful to be working alongside Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and Abbott Construction.
On day three of the 12 days of Mary Bridge we want to give a big thank you to the teams bringing the future Mary Bridge Children's Hospital to life. Abbott Construction and Layton Construction are not only building our new campus, but join our Mary Bridge family for some every day fun. Each month workers visit with the child life team and patients in our playroom, help us find Waldo, participate in events like Halloween and career day, and celebrate our milestones like the topping out ceremony. Thank you to our construction crews and all of our project partners for your help in building the future of Mary Bridge and having fun along the way.

Safety isn't assumed. It's engineered. And our team at St. Luke's in #Boise is showing us how it's done. With this project, we've entered a unique strategic partnership with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), making it the first in our company to create such a comprehensive safety collaboration. By working directly with OSHA and St. Luke's Health System leadership, we're transforming how construction teams think about worker protection. This partnership with OSHA enables us to: • Develop advanced safety management systems and identify potential hazards • Increase productivity and create a more positive workplace environment • Access specialized technical assistance and educational resources • Reduce overall injury and illness rates across project sites Thank you to our Boise team for their commitment to Layton's values and maintaining an environment where every team member goes home safe, every single day.

When most people are still hitting snooze, our team was pouring foundations equivalent to an entire neighborhood in 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘. On November 12, our University Health Retama team placed 1,338 cubic yards of concrete—enough to support 72 average sized #SanAntonio homes—on five major structural components in just 17.5 hours. From 2am to 7:30pm, concrete was placed and steel erection began around 2 pump trucks and 3 tower cranes. All in a day's work. 💪

Salt Lake City's skyline has a stunning new addition! 🏙️✨ Introducing The Worthington Residences—31 stories of towering excellence that's redefining luxury living in #Utah's capital. The project showstopper? FOUR football fields worth of concrete, poured in just 11 hours—one of the largest continuous pours in Utah history. And we didn't just pour concrete—we conquered Mother Nature. Facing the most severe winter in a generation, our team battled the elements with heaters, precise temperature control, and sheer willpower. But that's just the foundation. The Worthington pushes boundaries with: • An elevated pool and spa deck featuring a lighted glass rail system. • Sophisticated flush cabinet doors with hidden pulls for clean, modern spaces. • Innovative three-celled core installed with self-climbing formwork. With the Wasatch Mountains to the east and a vibrant downtown westward, The Worthington isn’t just a place to live, it’s a visual feast of breathtaking panoramas. Along with our partners W.E. O'Neil Construction and SCB, we say thanks to Convexity Properties - a DRW Company, for giving us the chance to perform and raise the bar (335 feet up!) on #luxurydevelopment.
