Hey LAZ Nation, meet Martha Delarosa our Lead Human Resources Business Partner in the South-Central region! Martha joined LAZ in October of 2022 and supports the LAZ family in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Mississippi. Her favorite part of the role are the teams she gets to work alongside who make every day feel special. When asked her most memorable moment at LAZ she answered the LOT Summit in 2024. She said it was a profound experience with the perfect blend of meaning, connection, and positivity! While Martha lives in the city now, she grew up in a small rural town in Texas and enjoys being out in nature surrounded by fresh air and open spaces. Outside of work, Martha enjoys spending time with her three children, fishing, camping, traveling, board games, and watching documentaries.
