A few weeks ago, our outstanding salesman Rob Koontz went above and beyond to "make water work"! One of our customers needed a product for a sewer tap scheduled that day, but the product they originally ordered came in wrong. Without hesitation, Rob left his home in South East Ohio at 2:30 am, reached our Selinsgrove location by 7:00 am, and delivered the correct item back to the customer by 11:00 am for a tap scheduled at noon. We're proud to have dedicated team members like Rob who always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are taken care of.
