About us
Want to learn more about Tulsa? Want to develop your leadership skills? Want to make connections that last a lifetime . . . Leadership Tulsa has a program for you! Our traditional LEADERSHIP TULSA program is offered twice a year and provides a 360 view of Tulsa, it's history as well as its current opportunities and challenges. Applications due in April and October of each year for programs that start in August and January. Our newest program, THRIVE TULSA, is a deep dive into personal leadership development for people who are passionate about a project, cause, community or want to develop skills working on adaptive challenges we may face in our workplace. Especially seeking those working in under-served communities. NEW VOICES board internship program helps to add diversity to Tulsa area boards by finding individuals from historically under-represented groups with a heart for community service and placing them in board service in partnership with the Tulsa Area United Way. The HISPANIC LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE builds knowledge, skills and connections of emerging Latinx leaders in a way that celebrates their culture and believes in their promise. Presented in partnership with the Tulsa Area Hispanic Chamber. We also offer events, workshops and celebrations of leadership throughout the year for our community.
