This problem is HUGE! I’m talking to so many organizations who are realizing that their teams are not aligned bc their managers were never trained on how to lead. They have people who aren’t clear on what’s expected of them, aren’t being helped accountable, they have conflict and gossip, and a host of issues they are struggling with… Theyre frustrated bc they don’t have strong managers. They’re managers aren’t effective at creating clarity, driving accountability, inspiring people to achieve goals, delivering candid feedback or producing results through their teams These skills are rarely taught when managers get promoted. They are thrown into a management role and left to figure out the fundamental skills of leading on their own. Leadership is a mindset AND a skillset. If we don’t train managers on the skills of leadership, we cant be shocked when they struggle to lead and produce results. Leadr helps create consistent training for managers on the fundamental skills of people leadership. New behaviors produce new results. We are committed to turning managers into leaders.
