Google, TrustPilot, Reddit, Capterra, Quora… people are talking about your PM company everywhere.
You can’t monitor every comment oreview, and most of the time, you can’t remove them anyway.
"Prevent negative reviews" - heard that enough times!
The problem is, you can't prevent someone writing whatever they will write.
But what you can do, is:
1) Reward positive reviews
2) Inspect the source(s) of your negative reviews & fix it
Point 2 is easier said then done, or is it?
