In Fall 2024, seven graduate students from Florida State University’s "Introduction to Program Evaluation" course (EDF 5461) delved into the Learn & Work Ecosystem Library. Their mission: to apply Library resources to academic assignments at a university. Students completed a one-week assignment to develop a plan for addressing real-world challenges in workforce development and/or partnership building. Through their work, students were asked to offer insights about the Library’s strengths, areas for growth, and provide recommendations for improvement. Here’s a look at the key findings from students and their instructor, Dr. Carrie E. Henderson, Ph.D. ⬇️ #LWLibrary #Learn #Work #Ecosystem #Library #SpecialProject #FSU #gradstudents

Great words of advice from Amit Sevak. This includes both physical books 📚 and digital content! The artwork below is 🎨 by Janis Ozolins. #LWLibrary #Learn #Work #Ecosystem #Library #Books #DigitalContent #Education #LifelongLearning #Literacy #Literature
I'll admit: I'm not always motivated to pick up a book. But I've learned that motivation isn't the secret to making progress — consistency is. Making time to read every day has become a cornerstone of my learning journey. One page at a time, this small, intentional habit builds knowledge, sparks curiosity, and keeps me growing. In the end, progress isn’t about bursts of inspiration — it’s about steady, intentional steps forward. As we close out the year and look ahead to a fresh start, what's one habit you’ve stayed consistent with — or one you hope to stick with in the new year, even when motivation dips? #Consistency #LifelongLearning #GrowthMindset #ReadingRoutine #StayCurious

It's a huge moment for everyone at Territorium, as we've recently been mentioned in the newly released LER* Accelerator Inventory! “The LER Accelerator coalition is pleased to present this Learning and Employment Records (LER) Accelerator Inventory. The resource highlights the many initiatives underway by the LER Accelerator coalition members, related efforts by other organizations, a map to indicate relationships among initiatives and organizations in the LER arena, and an analysis of the landscape of efforts.” It's wonderful to be mentioned alongside our partners, The University of Texas System and the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U)! As we innovate and grow, we thank 1EdTech Consortium, AACRAO, American Association of Community Colleges, Association for Institutional Research (AIR), Competency-Based Education Network (C-BEN), NACADA, EDUCAUSE, American Council on Education, National Association of Colleges and Employers, and UPCEA for their continued support, guidance, and leadership in the LER space. View the new LER Accelerator inventory at the Learn & Work Ecosystem Library: https://lnkd.in/eHEqwypk * “Learning and Employment Records (LERs) have emerged as a key tool in connecting learners’ skills and achievements to employment opportunities. These records digitally represent an individual’s education, work experiences, and competencies in a standardized format accessible to education providers, employees, and other stakeholders.”

The Learn & Work Ecosystem Library serves as an information aggregator in the learn-and-work ecosystem. Built on a continuum model of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom, the Library exemplifies a structured approach to organizing, curating, and transforming data into insights that benefit diverse stakeholders—from educators and policymakers to jobseekers and employers. The continuum is not just a theoretical framework; it’s a practical tool to guide people from basic data points to wise decisions, much like cultivating a thriving garden from a packet of seeds.
