Lendmarq is thrilled to welcome Melody, Kourtney, and Rafael! Melody Jaber Ghanem holds a law degree from the Lebanese French Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University (FIU). Prior to joining Lendmarq, Melody served as an Assistant Property Manager at the exclusive Seaside Villas on Fisher Island. She is also a former ballerina and is fluent in French, and Arabic. In her free time, Melody enjoys teaching ballet, traveling, pilates, and embracing new cultures. Kourtney Rhoads is currently a student at the University of Miami, double majoring in Finance and Marketing. With her strong academic background and passion for both fields, Kourtney is eager to contribute and grow with us. Rafael Chung a Hult International Business School BBA graduate in Finance, combines experience in banking, consulting, luxury goods, and real estate with a passion for innovation and social impact. He co-founded wellness centers in Peru and an NGO to aid rural communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. With an adventurous spirit, Rafael enjoys mountain biking, water sports, and cooking.
