Last week, Prospect Steel proudly hosted the Associated General Contractors of Arkansas (AGC Arkansas) Construction Leadership Council (CLC) for an inside look at our operations. Two shop tours, led by Mike Colvin and Jimmy Anderson, showcased the heart of what we do before the weather decided to roll in. We're always excited to share our passion for construction and innovation with those shaping the industry's future. Thanks to the AGC for visiting and engaging with our team! (One new Lexicon employee got to tag along, too.) — #LexiconProud #ProspectSteel #ConstructionLeadership #AGCArkansas #BuildingTheFuture

It was such a bittersweet day in April as we bid farewell to a beloved member of our Lexicon family, Donna Elia. Donna dedicated an incredible 12 years to Lexicon, starting in Accounts Receivables at our Corporate Office in 2012. Throughout her tenure, she built lasting friendships and relationships with colleagues and office managers, proving her unwavering commitment to our Lexicon family. With her late husband Randy, Donna joined our team from Mississippi, coming highly recommended by Mr. Gary Loyd at Custom Metals. Their presence enriched our Lexicon family, and Donna's warm and witty personality brightened our days. As we bid farewell to Donna, we reflect on the importance of honoring our Lexicon family members like her. We have many who have made indelible marks on our company's history. People like Donna and Randy Elia embody our values and family-oriented ethos. Wishing Donna all the best in her well-deserved retirement! 🎉 — #LexiconFamily #IAmLexicon #LexiconInc #RetirementCelebration #BuildingAmerica

Check out what our Prospect Steel team in Little Rock has done. Prospect Steel fabricates BIG crane girders... this one for Big River Steel in Northeast Arkansas. These are some of the biggest we've ever produced. One of the girders measures a little over 11' wide and 110' long with 3 ½" thick flange plates and tips the scales at a whopping 225,000 lbs (112.5 Tons). To rotate the girder, with the help of some substantial hydraulic jacks, our team used a unique circular cradle to turn the giant girder so the crew could fit and weld it. Great job to Mike Colvin and his Prospect Steel team on continuing our work Building America! — #LexiconInc #IAmLexicon #ProspectSteel #SteelFabrication #WeldingIndustry #ProjectHighlight #BuildingAmerica

Three massive crane girders recently headed out to the Hybar Rolling Mill in Osceola, AR. This particular crane girder is the 3rd to ship out, measuring 110 ft, 11 ¼” in length, and weighing a whopping 73,894 lbs. A big thanks to Davis Heavy Haul and Superhaul for delivering these crucial components and ensuring our project in Osceola continues to run smoothly! — #LexiconInc #HybarRollingMill #ConstructionUpdates #HeavyHaul #ProjectSuccess #BuildingAmerica

Meet Bryan Rosas, an 18-year-old senior at Southwest High School who balances school and a weekend night shift at Lexicon. Thanks to his dedication and high school welding experience, Bryan joined us after turning 18, quickly passing his welding test and excelling at Prospect Steel. Bryan’s hard work paid off—he earned a scholarship for scoring the highest on our welding simulator. After graduation, he plans to attend Pulaski Tech to advance his welding skills while continuing to work at Lexicon. Recently, Bryan achieved another milestone, earning his Class B welder certification! Congratulations, Bryan, on your incredible journey. We’re proud to have you on the team and can’t wait to see all you achieve. 🎉👏 — #TeamLexicon #EmployeeSpotlight #HardWorkPaysOff #LexiconInc #IAmLexicon #YoungWelders

At Lexicon, we applaud Nucor's commitment to investing in American manufacturing and creating new job opportunities in the steel industry. We're proud to be a part of this dynamic industry and look forward to continuing to support its growth and success.
