Lexicon Solutions is back for another year of partnership with the Portland Fabric User Group and the Portland Power Platform User Group! We have some great speakers lined up for 2025 and we're excited to continue bringing value and education to these communities. New data from a FlexJobs analysis of 60,000 companies and their online job postings from September 2023 to August 2024 and salary data from compensation firm Payscale spotlights the most in-demand, high-paying, hybrid jobs. Many of the jobs involve computer or IT work. Project-management and accounting-and-finance occupations also made the list. While it still feels a bit gloomy out there on the job front, there are positive signs in the Portland market if you follow the data! "ADP rated Portland in the 96th percentile for yearly pay growth at 5.8%; in the 41st percentile for new-hire wages at $17 per hour; and in the 59th percentile for hiring rate at 4.4%. Overall, the Rose City clocked in at the 93rd percentile to rank No. 5 (in the country).
