Opening and running a successful private practice as a therapist is doable for anyone who has this as even an ember of a dream. At Lifestyle Reboot Sarasota, I help entrepreneurs build the future they want by overcoming the limiting beliefs keeping them back from opening their private practice. You came into this field for a reason. There is no reason to get stuck in an agency job that you don't like or don't feel committed to anymore. You are here to provide something wonderful to the world and your community needs you to do what you love most to be able to give them what they need most. As an LCSW in private practice who has also opened a coaching business, I understand the imposter syndrome, anxiety, what if's, and other fears and limiting beliefs that you can get stuck in. But I also know the hacks that will help you overcome these and not be a slave to your fears, thoughts, and agency life. Whether you are trying to overcome the limiting beliefs about marketing your business or you are looking to overcome the imposter syndrome and anxiety in general about opening your private practice, I offer a structured 8 week program to help you reach your goals. Whether you ultimately decide to open your practice or not is not our goal; the goal of my programs is to help you understand and stop the limiting beliefs. If you want to continue with me beyond the 8 weeks, that is completely acceptable as well. I am here to help you take the next step.   • Embarking on my entrepreneurial journey was transformative. Initially, I struggled with self-doubt and the fear of failure. Each setback taught me resilience; remember, challenges are opportunities in disguise. I learned the power of networking—collaborating with others opens doors you never knew existed. This allowed me to grow my business faster than I expected and I met some amazing people. We are all doing wonderful work for our community! I learned that embracing flexibility is crucial; adapting to the community needs can mean the difference between success and stagnation. Flexibility and pivoting had always been difficult for me. But learning to accept the waves and adapt keeps one in business longer than having a fixed mindset as a business owner. Finally, always prioritize your mental health. A balanced mindset fuels productivity and creativity. This has always been a priority for me, but I found new ways of prioritizing myself and embracing what I love from a place of warmth and growth inside me. Every step, from triumphs to mistakes, has shaped my path and deepened my passion for my business. It wasn't without anxiety and imposter syndrome, which still creep up.
