Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Remote work position Limelight Insights by Shugoll, a Rockville, MD-based market research and online research technology provider, is seeking a talented Market Research Recruiter and Interviewer with a background in government affairs and public policy to join our remote team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will source and interview public policy professionals working in roles that focus on public policy issues to participate in focus groups and one-on-one interviews. Job Duties / Activities: - Contribute to shaping public policy by identifying and recruiting experts to participate in critical research studies. - Research and identify public policy professionals from federal, state, and local government, think tanks, non-government organizations, advocacy organizations, trade associations, lobbying firms and private companies. - Screen potential respondents through questionnaires to determine their eligibility to participate in a research study. - Invite and schedule qualified respondents to participate. - Build and maintain a robust network of public policy experts for Limelight Insight’s panel. Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience as a recruiter or project manager for a market research firm is strongly preferred. - Strong interest in and general knowledge of public policy issues and the federal government is strongly preferred. - Ability to cold call and email potential candidates in a confident and professional manner and clearly explain our mission and the purpose of our outreach. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. - Past experience working in federal or local government or with an advocacy organization is greatly beneficial. - Education: Associates degree or higher. Job Hours and Location: Fully remote position.
