    Love to see the efficiency in slack of how well our partners and brands are working together with our CX team to optimize LiveRecover workflows. Most common topic I notice brands are confused about -- is the ability to leverage our agents alongside their existing site wide sales. "I don't want LR agents to offer an additional discount on already discounted items". Best practice here is to leverage our agents to assist customers at checkout without providing a discount. Our team can help you set this up in minutes by scheduling your BFCM workflow to not include a discount option and removing the ability to stack discounts entirely. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions to ensure you are not leaving incremental sales on the table. PS.
