Last week, we invited tenants to a session at Bryncethin Community Centre to chat about making our repairs service more inclusive - and to have some tea and cake! 🍰 Our tenants shared some moving stories and great suggestions around how we can deliver a better service for everyone, including: - Being more prepared when visiting the home of someone with a disability - Talking people through the repairs as they’re happening - Communicating with people more before we arrive at their homes We’ll be hosting more sessions in the new year to learn about what our customers need from us.
