Formed in 2012, Lotus is a women-owned, data driven and client-centered boutique engineering and sustainability consulting firm. We love what we do. This is clear in our deliverables and our interactions with our clients and partners. Habla Español. We make sustainability easier and more transparent by listening to and understanding our clients’ needs and providing data, tools, and analysis to help them make informed decisions that move the needle. We combine realism with a desire to do good things for the planet. We do this because we are endlessly passionate about the sustainability field. We want to make the world a better place. We want to help secure a future for our children and our children’s children that is vibrant, healthy and safe. Our team is made up of experienced and passionate individuals from varying backgrounds, allowing us to bring different perspectives to our work. A recent study shows that rather than persistent, long droughts, the American West has been warming due to increased #greenhousegasemissions. Warmer, drier climates can lead to water shortages, stressed crops, and prolonged heat waves.
