Last week, we attended the Louisiana Travel Association Louisiana Culinary Trails in Denver, Colorado, with Cal Palermo, our Communications Coordinator, in attendance alongside Jambalaya Girl, Kristen Preau, and Turkey and the Wolf, Mason Hereford. The event showcased Louisiana's cuisine and culture. New Orleans continues to shine, one plate at a time!

11 chefs from Louisiana served more than 500 guests in Denver for Louisiana Culinary Trails 2024! Chef David from Antoni's Italian Cafe in Lafayette prepared seafood stuffed mushrooms filled with jumbo lump crab meat and shrimp and topped with a pesto cream sauce. Louisiana Meets the Rockies encourages all Denver residents to continue the fun by exploring the state to try even more great food and experience the jouir de vivre of living in South Louisiana!
