At Loyd Visuals, company culture, professional development, and team building are top priorities as our team continues to grow. We believe in fostering an environment that celebrates individuality while maintaining a high standard of excellence in everything we do. For the past two years, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with Nadia Campbell, whose expertise has been instrumental in helping us achieve these goals. Through her guidance, we've gained valuable insights into our CliftonStrengths and enjoyed some truly engaging team-building activities during our all-hands meetings. Her contributions have made a lasting impact on our growth and cohesion as a team!

Each year, I challenge myself and the Loyd Visuals team to develop a creative concept outside of our client work. In 2022, we launched #StartWithStory with a mission to amplify individuals in Charlotte who are making a profound impact on our community. Our goal is to strip away titles and highlight the humanity behind each person’s story, showing how personal experiences can bring us all closer together. I’m excited to announce that two years later, this initiative has officially been sponsored by DTLR, Inc. Over the next five months, we’ll be rolling out stories from some of Charlotte’s best and brightest. First up, we present to you Cornell W. Jones, founder of MAD MILES RUN CLUB. A run club created to offer runners a safe place to learn, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and accomplish goals. The club is active in Charlotte, NC and other major US cities. Each club welcomes runners of all paces and levels. I hope this project inspires you to share your own story and connect with those around you.
