A great team delivering a wonderful and beautiful project. One of the highlights of my week is getting to see the progress as I exit the off-ramp for the weekly meetings. Clear skies after a recent storm provided the perfect backdrop for new photos of our Folsom Medical Care Clinic, courtesy of Victor Baquero! In September 2024, we celebrated a turning point in constructing the Folsom Medical Care Clinic with a close-in ceremony and sign unveiling. This marked the completion of the building’s weather barrier and exterior skin – just in time for Sacramento’s rainy season. Much work has since shifted to focus on the interior of the building, including the installation of drywall, paint, and medical equipment. The state-of-the-art building is a beacon right off Highway 50, and East Bidwell St. The three-story, 114,000-square-foot care clinic is the first of several projects planned for the 34-acre Folsom Center for Health site. In addition to consolidating three existing leased Folsom clinics, the care clinic will house our only extension of radiology and infusion services, aside from the Placer Center for Health in Rocklin. The Folsom Medical Care Clinic is scheduled to open in fall 2025.

The recently completed Lake Tahoe Community College campus-wide renovation and modernization project addresses several key areas that increase efficiency, improve functionality, and enhance services to students. Renovated spaces include classrooms, science labs, lab services, ceramics studio, faculty offices, study rooms, meeting rooms, help desk, and storage areas. Areas for student gathering and collaboration have been integrated to add to the culture and social character of the campus. Gathering and seating areas with new monument signage are also incorporated into the redesigned main entry plaza of the building. https://lnkd.in/gxgGUuFH

LPAS is thrilled to share that we have been awarded the Sierra College Student Union Modernization and Expansion project. This marks our first project on the Rocklin campus and involves the modernization and expansion of the existing 60-year-old Student Union facility. We look forward to collaborating with Sierra College to develop a revitalized, student-centered hub that will enhance the campus experience. Located in the SF Shipyard master planned community in the Hunters Point-Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, this new development features 77 for-sale condominium units and a host of onsite amenities including a pavilion with a lounge and fitness room, dog washing station, large courtyard, and a bicycle storage room. It is situated adjacent to the Palisades Townhomes by Lennar (also designed by LPAS) featuring 66 single-family, 3-story townhomes. LPAS was originally asked to peer review the planning and design documents for this development which was designed as 4-story over podium project. Our quality assurance team determined that the project had considerable design deficiencies in stairways, parking garages, unit designs, and building infrastructure provisions. LPAS was subsequently hired by Lennar to redesign the entire development and we ultimately created a solution that eliminated an entire floor of the building at considerable cost savings. Yesterday we celebrated a wonderful milestone with our team and LPAS Architecture + Design -the grand opening of the brand new Nine Ten Place! This new building has allowed for an exceptional housing option designed to support and lift up the faculty and staff community of California State University-Sacramento 🐝 This three-story building features 16 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units, each equipped with washer and dryer and in unit major appliances. The building amenities include bike racks, 50 parking spaces, a mailroom, and optional storage.

LPAS had a big day at the Sacramento Business Journal's 2024 Best Real Estate Projects of the Year awards with 2 winning projects. Our new headquarters building was awarded "Best Adaptive Reuse-Office Project." Located at 723 S Street in downtown Sacramento, our headquarters is a transformation of a 100-year-old former PG&E factory/warehouse into an exciting office that reflects our vision and values. Developed by Hunter Properties, this 28,000sf center on E. Bidwell in Folsom features six buildings and is anchored by Habit Burger & Grill and Starbucks.
