  • The platform is a game changer, but the fact that LUCI can also help clients with complex AV solutions becomes an even bigger differentiator. It is always fun to watch these creations come together for a client, and our SaaS model includes Design and schematic construction documentation (CAD & REVIT). We just finished framing an LED project for a CA client, and will head back in December to finish it up. For existing clients, it is a simple endpoint add to the existing platform for segmented control.

  • We have folks that start with video. We have others who start with audio. We occasionally help with lighting first. Sometimes, that first phase is a sportsbook or LED project. Hardware is minimal, reach is maximum, signs are TV's, TV's are signs, and video, audio, and lighting are working as one. The bottom line is that we help align all multimedia to maximize the guest experience. Ongoing consultative services are uniquely included with SaaS support.

  • The idea of LUCI was to take the role of a Director of Guest Facing Technology and create an entire company based on that role. Both of our founders were in that role at a previous company, and the passion for that role came to life with LUCI. That is why we automate everything. That is why we want the most minimum amount of hardware.   • AV is frequently the last thing thought of, and the first thing cut. 1) Using the LUCI UI and IPTV, and not networked video, merges AV into IT. 2) Marketing, Facilities, F&B, and Gaming now can reach customers efficiently. 3) Presets automate all types of media, giving time back to personnel. 4) Automation provides better atmosphere for sports, progressives, etc. 5) Elevated Customer Mojo means repeat visits, and increased bottom line.

  • This week, the LUCI team is in Mulvane, KS, expanding to another Boyd Gaming property. After assisting with audio last week at a different property, we are here to upgrade both audio and video at this one. We plan on tackling three more of their properties by the end of the year, along with installing a major LED project for a present CA client before end of year. Expanding audience, reducing hardware, and elevating Customer Mojo.

  • The LUCI team heads to St. Louis today, as we phase in another Boyd property with audio initially. Four other Boyd properties are already on the docket before the end of the year. We also will be squeezing in two other CA tribal casinos. These properties will be getting the newest version of LUCI, which is very different from our platform even six months ago due to our concentrated Dev work.

  • "We didn't choose this system. We were told this system was selected." We hear it all the time. The people who aren't using a system on a daily basis are making the choice for the people who are using the system on a daily basis. When the actual users see LUCI, they understand the feature advantages, the cost savings, the time given back to personnel, and the elevated customer experience. The traditional box is slow to deploy, complex to maintain, and too rigid to scale or improve. Think outside of that box.

  • Last night was a great example of presets. When the Dodgers won, video content is great, but it doesn't complete the puzzle of Customer Mojo. For West Coast clients, they could treat this game like someone hitting a progressive jackpot. Automating video, audio, and lights either A) manually, B) through scheduling, or C) through scripting means our clients can have perfectly timed multimedia delivery. And that creates a better guest experience. And, there is a whole new 162 game season (or more) next year to draw in those fans for more time in the casino and more coin in...
