This month, we hosted our first in-person Father Figure Committee meeting, part of our Fathers/Father Figures in Action initiative. 🎉 This male engagement program promotes the vital role of dads and male role models in our Early and Head Start programs, fostering a sense of community and belonging while creating opportunities for connection and bonding with their children. Thank you to all the incredible dads and role models who joined us and shared their amazing ideas. A special shoutout to Julio Ramos from Jewish Family Services for an inspiring presentation!
