Our program is a real-world test of how data science practices can thrive in professional settings. By tracking progress and using predictive analytics, we’re finding the best ways to invest in our apprentices’ success—and identifying what doesn’t work. This allows us to: 1️⃣ Pinpoint Which Investments Drive Success and Which Need Improvement 2️⃣ Helps Both our Apprentices and the Program itself get Back on Track When Challenges Arise. 3️⃣ Unlock Growth, Create Impact, and Pave the Way for Better Outcomes.

We believe everyone deserves a pathway to success. Thanks to $48.7M in funding announced by U.S. Senators Ben Cardin, Chris Van Hollen, and other Maryland leaders, workforce development is reaching underserved populations across the state and nation. Programs like the Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations (WANTO) grants and initiatives by the Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation (MCCEI) are making transformative changes, expanding access for women in fields like construction, advanced manufacturing, energy, and technology. This is more than just training—it's building a diverse, inclusive workforce that reflects our communities.

We’re dreaming big with the Maryland Apprenticeship Connector. What starts here—healthcare-focused community impact programming—has the potential to expand into new industries, new counties, and even global opportunities. As data analytics, AI, and machine learning become ubiquitous across industries, registered apprenticeships are leading the charge, creating skilled workers who are shaping the future. ➡️ 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨: Workers who complete Registered Apprenticeship programs earn $300,000 more over their careers than their peers. The ROI for employers? A median estimate of 44.3%. The future is here, and apprenticeships are the bridge to opportunity in cutting-edge industries worldwide. The official hashtag for this year’s NAW is #NAW2024, and we encourage you to also use #ApprenticeshipUSA. 🔎 Source: U.S. Department of Labor
