  • Chronic diseases—such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and cardiovascular conditions—are among the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. Without proper treatment, these illnesses can become debilitating. Yet, with the right care, most people can lead long and healthy lives. At MAP we are dedicated to delivering this treatment to those who need it most.

  • A huge shoutout to The Urban Clinic of Atlanta, a dedicated MAP International partner since 2018! Today, our President & CEO, Chris Palombo, is visiting this incredible clinic to celebrate their impact. In just the past three years alone, MAP helped provide nearly 15,000 patient treatments —life-changing care for uninsured and low-income adults who need it most. Founded by Susan Whatley, The Urban Clinic has grown from a volunteer-operated program into a nurse-managed team with 10 part-time employees and over 30 volunteers—a testament to their unwavering commitment. As the only non-profit clinic in Fulton County offering 100% free primary care, their work is truly inspiring. We are honored to stand alongside such a dedicated partner in bringing health and hope to those in need!

  • Today, an incredible team of volunteers is hard at work in our distribution center, packing Emergency Response Packs filled with essential items for communities in crisis. Their dedication ensures that those affected by disasters receive the care they desperately need. A huge THANK YOU to these amazing volunteers for their compassion!

  • Four-year-old Winnie from Liberia was born with club feet and severe deformities in both legs. Due to Winnie's deformities, her mother thought she was "witched" and abandoned her as an infant. Walking was never an option for Winnie, so she would crawl, using her arms to drag herself. But that all changed. Thanks to God and the power of medicine, Winnie got her miracle. Thanks to your generosity, there were high-quality sutures available at the right time for Winnie to get her life-changing surgery. The hospital used the MAP donated sutures to perform a series of procedures to correct her legs, where she was then taught how to walk for the very first time!
