The Evaluation and Organizational Learning Officer role will support the organization's learning and evaluation goals, ensuring equitable and inclusive approaches generate new insights to improve grantmaking and organizational performance. Our 2023 Annual Report explores the theme “Power of Connection,” featuring eight stories across our seven domains that highlight the work of our grantee partners. Continuing in our commitment to environmental sustainability, this year’s annual report is fully digital. We focused on stories that showcase the breadth and depth of the work of our grantee partners, along with the impact of connected relationships in and with communities.
