Marketplace Events creates vibrant expositions connecting enthusiasts with experts, products and services in dynamic face-to-face environments.  The company produces more than 70 consumer shows in North America including home, garden and holiday shows.   The 70+ combined events, in 37 markets, currently attract 22,000 exhibitors, 2 million attendees and another 4 million unique web visitors annually. The company produces some of the most successful and longest-running shows in North America, including market-leading shows in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal—some of which have thrived in their markets for more than 75 years. Hannah brings a strong background in customer service, social media and organization from her time as a multi-store manager at Free People. She also has valuable event planning experience having coordinated community and in-store events. When she’s not working, you’ll find Hannah exploring the great outdoors with her partner Michael. Kathy brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, events, and travel industries. Kathy's impressive background includes roles as a corporate travel manager, meeting and convention planner, hotel sales director, and travel agency owner. Outside of work, Kathy is a volunteer with local animal and civic organizations, and she enjoys dog grooming, gardening, and exploring new destinations through travel. Hannah worked with Marketplace Events in the KC and San Antonio markets a few years prior to the pandemic, and we’re thrilled she couldn’t resist coming back to the show business. She will be rejoining us as a Show Coordinator for our Salt Lake City and Houston events. With a strong background in sales, hospitality, and event management, she has a knack for creating unforgettable experiences. When Heather's not at work, you can find her enjoying some indoor rock climbing, practicing yoga, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
