Today, we applaud Officer Ellis for going above and beyond, assisting with a significant water leak during his overnight shift in South Florida. He immediately responded to a resident's report of a leak within their unit. Upon investigation, he determined that the leak originated from the unit directly above. Exhibiting excellent problem-solving skills, Officer Ellis coordinated with the Chief Engineer to shut off the water supply to the affected units and actively participated in the cleanup efforts, ensuring the residents safety.
